Monaco's internationally renowned setting is ready and waiting to welcome travellers back with their prestige and high-end tourism experiences. Discover what's happening in Monaco...

Even if overseas travel is on hold for you or your clients right now, the Visit Monaco team wants you to keep dreaming of your next trip to the Principality.

Time to start planning these five #monacomoments into your client’s next travel itinerary.

1: Indulge at the redeveloped One Monte-Carlo district
Prada, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Valentino and Hermès – to name just a few! Haute couture, accessories, a hair spa, well-being… Beauty’s leading brands have taken up residence on a unique shopping promenade designed with public safety in mind. The experience continues in the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo’s jewelers’ courtyard. In this sublime open-roofed setting, Harry Winston, Graff and Stardust unveil their finest creations in all their sparkling glory. And just a few steps away, savour some delicious and sophisticated moments of well-being at the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo.

Plus, after all that shopping, indulge in a haute couture snack. There is always a reason to head to Mada One, whatever the time of day. The menu for this new concept-restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin is sensitively devised, healthy, and, of course, delicious. Don’t miss out on the “rendez-vous du jeudi” session that runs from 6.00 pm to 9.30 pm, where you can try a signature cocktail along with some of the chef’s sweet and savory bites.

2: Discover two reinvented Monaco icons: The Casino Square & Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo
Monaco’s iconic Casino Square has just received a new look having been restored to its former glory while providing a new, more spacious and safer place to meet. Keeping up with initiatives in large cities around the world while retaining its own unique characteristics, the new Place du Casino is structured around three objectives:
  • to give pedestrians priority and allow people to stroll around in complete serenity
  • to preserve the race course of the famous Formula 1 Grand Prix
  • to please the Monte-Carlo Société de Bains de Mer Group’s VIP customers, whose vehicles, which are often exceptional, can be parked in the square, arousing the admiration of passers-by.

We suggest you also take this as an opportunity to discover the all-new Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, Monaco’s most iconic 5-star hotel, that completed a 4-year multi-million dollar renovation program last year with additions and enhancements including the opening of ÔMER, a new concept by Alain Ducasse, a lush new wellness area and the addition of the exceptional suites: Princess Grace Suite and Prince Rainier III Suite, the latter being the largest suite in the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo and has more indoor space than any other room with two bedrooms and the possibility to extend to 600 square metres with a third adjoining room-all of which overlooks Monaco’s Place du Casino.

3: Grand Prix
In 2021, you can experience not one Grand Prix, but three! After the cancellation of the 2020 Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix and the 2020 Monaco Historic Grand Prix due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM) has decided that it will exceptionally organise three Grand Prix in 2021, in the space of one month.

The year 2021 will be exceptional since past, present and future will be defined in three prestigious events in the streets of the Principality: the Monaco Historic Grand Prix (23-25 April 2021) will be followed by the Monaco E-Prix (8th May 2021), and the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix (20-23 May 2021).

Located on the top floor of the hotel, the exceptional 150 sq. meter apartment composes a spacious living room, large bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and voluminous marble and gold bathroom. An amazing 110 sq. meter terrace offers unrivalled views of the Casino de Monte-Carlo, its gardens and the Mediterranean Sea.

5: “IMMERSION” at the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco
Whilst Monaco is dearly missing its Australian visitors, Australia will be more present than ever in the Principality this summer thanks to the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco who will host an interactive exhibition dedicated to the magnificence of the Great Barrier Reef.

The unique exhibition, “IMMERSION” will reveal one of the 7 natural wonders of the world through a multimedia installation which offers visitors the opportunity to experience a dive below the surface in order to meet the iconic species that inhabit the planet’s largest coral ecosystem. This immersive experience, combining contemplation and interaction, engages and educates the public to better protect the marine world.
