No prior experience is necessary, with qualified children’s yoga specialist Dee Dee Connor guiding kids through the invigorating, pre-school-tailored sessions. Parents and carers are encouraged to get in on the stretchy, bendy fun alongside their little ones.
“It’s never too early to get the kids into healthy habits!” said Marketing Manager for Darling Quarter Sam Vicars. “The Kids’ Yoga sessions are fun, relaxing, and fantastic for your child’s wellbeing. Mats are provided, so no need to bring anything - just wear something comfy, and come get a head start on that New Year’s resolution with the kids!”
Afterwards, be sure to nama-stay for lunch at one of Darling Quarter’s many mouth-watering eateries. Take your pick from sushi (Umi Sushi & Udon), steak (Stacks Taverna and Bar), Thai (Nok Nok Thai Eating House), burgers (The Social Quarter), Asian (Wok n Bowl), Churrasco (Braza Churrascaria), fish & chips (Taste), or pizza (Vesta). Take the kids for a cheeky treat with gelato (Gelatissimo) or chocolate delights (Guylian) for dessert.
