MTCO's content & communications consultant David Gillbanks has returned from a week in Luang Prabang during which the Department of Information, Culture, & Tourism, Luang Prabang signed Host Venue MoUs with 15 small- and medium-sized venues for MTF 2017's afternoon breakthrough sessions.
Tourism Luang Prabang also signed MoUs with 12 Official Hotels who will offer their best available rates to MTF 2017 delegates and provide transport to the venue of the first morning session of each Forum day.
In partnership with our hosts, the Ministry of Information, Culture, & Tourism, Lao PDR and the Department of Information, Culture, & Tourism, Luang Prabang, Mekong Tourism is keen to demonstrate that smaller towns can compete for MICE.
