RONT ROW SEATS FOR NEW YEAR’S EVE IN SYDNEY

The NSW Government opened a ballot this week giving the State’s residents an opportunity to celebrate New Year’s Eve from one of Sydney’s most spectacular vantage points - the Cahill Expressway above Circular Quay.

Minister for Roads and Freight Duncan Gay said: “I encourage people to enter their household in the online draw to win one of 1600 family passes for five people to either the 9pm or midnight fireworks.”

“This incredibly popular event was first held in the year 2000 and each year since we have received thousands of entries into the ballot.

“The lucky winners not only get a front row seat to the world-famous fireworks, they will be able to enjoy the fun and family-friendly atmosphere created by a great range of pre-fireworks entertainment.”

To enter the ballot, visit rms.nsw.gov.au/nye. Entries close at 11.59pm on Sunday 9 November and are restricted to one entry per household.
