The 5 Lands Walk 2014

The 5 Lands Walk 2014 is a physical, cultural & spiritual journey on the Central Coast of N.S.W. Australia.

Inspired by Italy's Cinque Terra, and brought to you as a gift from the communities of the Central Coast of New South Wales, the 5 Lands Walk is a day-long festival on Saturday 21 June 2014 along 10 kms of spectacular coastline, only 1.5 hours from Sydney and Newcastle.

Join the communities of the 5 Lands, the local Aboriginal community and local ethnic groups in a beautiful journey through the landscape that is the Central Coast.Beach

It includes Sculptures and Art exhibitions.

The 5 Lands Walk is not a race, nor an extreme bushwalk. It’s a journey through and with the communities of the Central Coast, experiencing the diverse cultural offerings of the communities and the landscape in which they dwell.

You don’t have to complete all the walk to enjoy the wide variety of actvities and experiences - you can sample just some of the programs. But completing the walk will maximise your experience.

The intention of the Walk is to help build a sense of belonging and connectedness in the communities  that participate. And have some fun, too!

The 5 beaches the walk includes are MACMASTERS BEACH, COPACABANA, AVOCA BEACH, NORTH AVOCA, and TERRIGAL.

Have fun walking and be overwhelmed by the whole experience on Saturday 21 June 2014!
