- The Taproom & Visitor Centre features 16 taps of limited and special release beer, brewery tours and function space. You learn about beer and brewing while enjoying tasting paddles of beer you can’t try anywhere else. The Taproom is a must-stop on any trip to Central Victoria, Daylesford and the Spa Region.
- The Bar & Restaurant allow you to immerse yourself in the warmth and spirit of a true local, where you can enjoy fine restaurant cuisine and award-winning craft beer on-tap. The menu embodies a fresh and modern Australian menu, with a range of bar snacks, sharing platters and traditional house-made pub favourites. - The Holgate Brewhouse is located in a historical hotel with 10 rooms of accommodation above the brewery. Accommodation prices range from $185 - 300 per night, depending on your choice of Mountain View, Village View or an Alley Room (see more details about the accommodation here).
