The Millbrook Inn at South Pool 
The Millbrook Inn at South Pool in the South Hams region of Devon has opened two restored cottages named Land and Sea.

Land accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms while Sea is designed for five guests. 

Both are fully equipped for a self-catering break although guests are encouraged to dine at the Millbrook Inn just across the road. 

The Millbrook Inn is an old pub has recently been refurbished but still retains a quintessentially English feel. 

The menus are created by head chef Iain Dawson with seasonal ingredients. 

Organic meats are sourced from Fowlescombe Farm, which has adopted regenerative farming techniques. 

Locally landed fresh fish and seafood and organic vegetables, grown on the farm, ensure menus are always in tune with the seasons. 

Iain is known for his distinctive use of fire and smoke in his cooking, infusing food with flavours.

A free house, the Millbrook Inn offers cask ales and beers from local breweries. 

A changing wine list features bottles from small, organic and biodynamic producers.
