Milne’s delightful Winnie-the-Pooh stories. The hotel has 106 bedrooms and suites, each named after a tree species found within the 186 acres of grounds, with lakes, secret gardens and woodland trails.
There is a walled garden with herbaceous borders, an 18-hole Par 3 golf course, an indoor pool and spa within the adjacent Country Club setting.

The Grand has a rich musical history and has hosted classical and jazz musicians over the years.
It is also close to the start of the South Downs Way, Birling Gap and Beachy Head and directly opposite the seafront promenade.
