2. Ajengan 

Is a cultural experience to remember Immerse yourself in Balinese Culture with Ajengan every Friday, from 7pm at Mulia Bali’s Eden Garden. Ajengan means food in Balinese, and Mulia Bali aims to provide guests with an unforgettable dining experience with weekly cultural performances. The richness of each performance will expose guests to sacred Balinese heritage, culture, art and culinary traditions. Non-staying guests are also welcomed to enjoy the cultural celebration. Ajengan comes with an all-you-can-eat Balinese cuisine buffet and the package includes non-alcoholic beverages with the option of upgrading to an alcohol package. Some highlights from the buffet are the Udang Panting (grilled marinated baby lobster in Balinese spices), Ikan Mebase Rajang (grilled marinated fillet of reef fish in a special Balinese spice mix), Nasi Bali (signature Balinese rice with braised beef, seasoned egg, deep fried shrimp, shredded chicken and lime sauce long bean salad), and the Bebek Goreng Mulia (the resort’s signature deep fried duck in Balinese spice rub, fresh vegetables with chilli paste). 

3. Sunday Dim Sum Feast at Table8

Table8 - Nusa Dua Bali presents a dining feast with its Imperial Sunday Brunch. Treat your family and friends to an all-you-can-eat Dim Sum feast from noon to 3pm. With over 30 varieties of Cantonese style fried and steamed dim sum all guests will be spoilt for choice. The variety of treats are served on traditional dim sum carts, and with a free-flow of Chinese Tea. Adding on to the gourmand experience, other authentic Chinese dishes from Table8 are available in the buffet or from the a la carte menu.
