The Ha Noi Cuisine Introduction Space is one of the events held on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of Capital Liberation Day (10 October 1954 - 10 October 2023), thereby to promote culinary value as a unique tourism product of the capital; At the same time, creating opportunities for units, artisans and culinary villages of Ha Noi and Vietnam to introduce traditional and modern culinary products and craft villages to a large number of domestic and international visitors.
