The new Chinese central government has given a more important position to ecological development, clearly integrating it into all aspects of economic, cultural and social construction, and proposed to strive to build a beautiful China and achieve sustainable development of the Chinese nation. PATA hopes to use the third China Tourism Social Responsibility Forum to provide a communication platform for the industry, and to promote the best practice of responsible tourism development through experience sharing.
The theme of this year's China Tourism Social Responsibility Forum is " Beautiful China - Responsible Tourist Economy " . After successfully holding the China Tourism Social Responsibility Forum for two consecutive years, we realize that responsible tourism requires operators, the hotel industry, the government, local residents and tourists to jointly take responsibility and take corresponding measures to achieve sustainable development of travel and tourism .
The 2013 Forum aims to raise awareness of concepts related to responsible tourism and encourage tourism stakeholders to assume their respective responsibilities in the sustainable development of tourism.
