RELIVE A BYGONE ERA AT GLENALVON HOUSE

Glenalvon House
Visitors to the Macarthur region can step back in time to colonial Australia when the 177 year-old Glenalvon House opens its doors to the public in May.

Surrounded by modern Campbelltown, Glenalvon House is a sanctuary of history. The period-furnished, two-storey home allows guests to gain insight into the region’s early days as a small farming community during the 19th Century.

The historic sandstone Georgian building will be open to the public on 1, 13 and 27 May from 10am to 1pm. Entry is free.
