Fujinomori Shrine is one of the oldest shrines in Kyoto. The large shrine precinct will be filled with colourful hydrangeas. When: From early June to early July & Hydrangea Festival- 15 June 2017

Mimuroto-ji Temple gardens will be filled with 10,000 hydrangea bushes of 50 kinds, widest variety in the Kansai region. They light the gardens at night.
When: Light-up: Sat. and Sun. from 10-25 Jun 2017, 19:00-21:00 (doors closed at 20:30)
