Pan Pacific London UK Pan Pacific London, which opens in 2021, will be the City’s new landmark tower. 

Located across from Liverpool Street Station, the 43-storey bronze tower will comprise 160 private residences, a luxury hotel and a public plaza. The adjacent One Devonshire House will be a separate space and mix of retail offerings, a restaurant and cocktail bar. 

A mix of 42 native wildflower and some sedum species will be planted at levels 34 and 42 to 44. Green roofs will encourage urban biodiversity and cut carbon emissions from energy use by improving building insulation, reducing local flood risks and enhancing air quality.
