We recently asked our customers what would put their mind at ease when booking their next travel adventure in today’s constantly changing world. Over 85% of them responded that they would be hesitant to book if strict cancellation and amendment policies were in place.

When booking with Back-Roads, customers have unlimited penalty-free changes to their travel dates and choice of tour up to 60 days prior to departure. But we understand that's not quite enough!

That’s why until the 28th February 2021, all bookings for travel next year will benefit from our adapted policies – providing peace of mind when booking that next European adventure.

COVID-19 Assurance Policy

At no additional cost to customers, new bookings are now 100% refundable in the unfortunate event they are diagnosed with COVID-19 or unable to travel due to government-enforced lockdowns prior to the scheduled departure date. Terms and conditions apply.

Extended Flexibility Policy

Book today and benefit from our new Extended Flexibility Policy – allowing customers to make one change to their departure date or choice of tour up to 30 days before departure. Terms and conditions apply.
