Tocal Field Days We’re back!

After such disappointment with the cancellation of the 2015 event Tocal Field Days Association is delighted to welcome back both exhibitors and visitors to the 2016 event to be held on April 29, 30 and May 1.

We have appreciated the overwhelming amount of support and encouragement and this has galvanised us to work with great enthusiasm towards a bigger and better 2016.

Our features include-
  • Horses
  • Courses
  • Quad Bike Safety

In addition there will be an extensive range of demonstrations and displays including-
  • Cattle Dog demonstrations
  • Billy Boiling Competition
  • Ute Muster (Sunday)
  • Bake or Burn
  • Tocal Horse Course display
  • Talent at Tocal

Hungry?

  • Lot’s of choices including sausage and steak sandwiches, Vietnamese and Thai food, smoothies, gourmet tasting plates:
  • Eat Street – behind Nash Park stage
  • The Wedge
  • Children’s Park
  • Good Food & Wine area
  • BU Skills Arena
  • Coffee outlets are located around the site

You can also visit the Tocal Dining hall for a sit down meal.

Transport

A FREE shuttle will leave from Maitland Railway Station on the hour from 9 am and picking up in Lorn at quarter past the hour starting Friday and running all weekend.

The onsite Courtesy Buses are available to:
  • pick you up in the car park and take you to the Visitor entry
  • take you to and from the Tocal Homestead
  • take you to and from the fishing clinic

You can also hop on the people mover which will transport you around the site.
