Excitement is in the air at this years Sydney Royal Easter Show

First held in 1823, the Show is now Australia's largest annual event, attracting over 850,000 people every year. 

Revenue generated by it allows the RAS to invest in agricultural programs, competitions, education, youth and rural NSW. 

In all, the RAS invests almost $7 million annually in these activities which are designed to promote agricultural excellence and keep our rural communities strong. 

The Sydney Royal Easter Show is a celebration of Australian culture, from our rural traditions to our modern day lifestyles, providing unique experiences for everyone. 

The Sydney Royal Easter Show started on 17 march and will continue each morning, afternnoon and evening until 30 March.

The country and city has joined together at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, for fourteen days of agricultural competitions, animal experiences, live entertainment, carnival fun, shopping and much more.
