Sean Scott has partnered with Gold Coast Tourism as part of a new suite of videos showcasing the unique precincts of the Gold Coast through the lens of well-known local personalities.
“Not only has Burleigh got some of the best surfing waves in the world, it is also home to one of the best little strips to meet for breakfast, to come back to one of the bars for a drink or to go to a world-class restaurant looking over the ocean,” says Sean Scott in the video.
“It's got a really cool coastal vibe about it. It's like a small town within a city and it appeals to everybody,” he adds.
“The video perfectly captures the essence of the coastal lifestyle here on the Gold Coast,” Gold Coast Tourism Chief Executive Officer, Martin Winter said. “The new videos are a great way to tell the story of our local ambassadors and to invite Australians and the world to rediscover the various precincts of our vibrant city.”
“Sean Scott is a great ambassador for the Gold Coast and Australia and has also launched Gold Coast Tourism's new Explorers Program for digital influencers from around the world.
“We are blessed with a new generation of young entrepreneurs and creatives who embrace the Gold Coast's coastal roots and continue to shape the city's evolving culture.
“There's no better way to tell the story of the unique precincts than through the eyes of our passionate locals,” he concluded.
This short video is part of a suite of videos presented by Triple World Surfing Champion Mick Fanning, ex-ironman and Aussie icon Trevor Hendy and lifestyle presenter Liz Cantor.
