It has 26 spacious rooms offering modern facilities. You enter off the footpath through the breakfast area on the ground floor, then up a few steps to the 24 hour reception lobby on the first floor. There are welcoming staff who greet you on the footpath and assist you with your bags to the reception and a lift to guest rooms on the higher floors.
When I stayed at the Saigon Europe Hotel & Spa earlier this year I enjoyed my complimentary fruit bowl, bottle of water, free daily breakfast and free wifi in my elegantly decorated guest room.
I stayed in a well-appointed comfortable Standard Room at the middle of the building on the third floor with a window overlooking the roof tops of nearby low-rise buildings. The room was very quite as I could not hear any traffic noise from the street at the front of the hotel.
The wooden desk came with chair and a computer to use with free internet. The large wardrobe with hanging space had a safe. There was a mini bar, hair dryer, electric kettle, and phone.

In my Saigon Europe Hotel & Spa room was a LCD 32 inch Cable TV with international channels to watch. The room was made comfortable with modern air-conditioning that had an individual remote control.

The room was quite to sleep in on my high quality wooden bed and comfortable mattress, soft pillows and nice sheets. Each day the bed sheets, blankets, pillows, bath and face towels were changed.
Other room types available at the Saigon Europe Hotel & Spa include Deluxe Rooms and Superior Room that accommodate up to four guests.
I enjoyed my free daily Vietnamese and Western breakfast in the dining area. There was enough options in the small buffet selection, and a choice of hot food item from a printed menu, to have a satisfying breakfast before heading out each day sightseeing.
The Saigon Europe Hotel & Spa friendly staff assisted me with directions to where I wanted to go, with advice on using the local bus network, with information about local cinemas, and helped me with my return flight reservation back to Australia.

The streets around the Saigon Europe Hotel & Spa come to life at night. People sit on stools on the footpath bars enjoying a cool drink and watching the passing parade of bikes, cars and walkers. Street vendors with carts appear selling every thing from bbq corn on the cob to live crab and prawns that they cook in front of you.

The Saigon Europe Hotel & Spa is part of the Beautiful Saigon Hotel Group, a chain of six boutique hotels in Ho Chi Minh City District 1. The other hotels in the group are the Beautiful Saigon 1 Hotel, Beautiful Saigon Boutique Hotel, Beautiful Saigon 3 Hotel, Graceful Saigon Hotel, and the Beautiful Saigon Boutique Hotel. This last one is the newest of Beautiful Saigon group’s hotels that has only just opened. When I was recently in Ho Chi Minh City it was having the last minute touches being made to it before its opening. I particularly liked the new swimming pool and deck restaurant in the hotels courtyard. I will have to stay here next time I visit Ho Ch Minh City.
