Minions come to Eureka Skydeck these school holidays

Eureka Skydeck

It will be Minion Mania these school holidays at Eureka Skydeck, with the popular observation deck turning into a Minion-themed oasis during the winter break, beginning June 26 to July 12.

To celebrate the launch of the movie, Minions, Eureka Skydeck has gone Minion Mad, with all kids scoring a pair of their very own Minion Goggles when they visit between 11am-3.30pm during school holidays.

Kids can also enjoy Minion-themed activities, and go into the running to win a family pass to see Minions the movie, each day of the holiday period! Other Minion-themed goodies include:
  • The Minions Movie colour-in sheets*
  • The Minions Movie stickers*
  • The Minions Movie badges*

Eureka Skydeck

The animated prequel to Despicable Me sees Kevin, Stuart and Bob venture out into the world to find a new evil boss, after continuously failing to keep their despicable masters. Finding themselves without someone to serve yet again, these single-celled yellow organisms take on the challenge of finding the perfect master, only to discover a bigger challenge; saving all of Minionkind.

Eureka Skydeck provides guests with 360 degree floor-to-ceiling views of Melbourne and beyond. During the school holidays guest will also be able to take full advantage of:
  • The Serendipity Table – Located on Level 1, the Serendipity Table is an immersive gesture-sensitive table-top that gives guests a top-down view of Melbourne and many of its fantastic land marks and attractions before they head up to Level 88.
  • The Edge - The world’s only Edge experience is an awe inspiring a 3m by 3m transparent glass cube, which slides out from the building on Level 88, suspending guests above the Melbourne skyline. Patrons can purchase their official photo taken while out on the Edge, ready for upload to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • The Outdoor Terrace - Enclosed by a wire grid, the Outdoor Terrace exposes guests to the elements on Level 88. The Terrace is right next to The Edge, so family and friends can view those inside.
