The Valley Wing at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore Introduces "The Ultimate Sanctuary" Suite Experience

The Valley Wing at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore is the "Ultimate Sanctuary" package for guests looking for a once-in-a-lifetime suite experience. The package includes an orchid-naming ceremony, chauffeur-driven Rolls Royce, personal butler during their stay in the Shangri-La Suite, customised wellness programme and menu planning, as well as a personal shopper for the perfect retail therapy. Rates start at S$35,000 for a two-night stay.

An epitome of the best in luxurious accommodation, The Ultimate Sanctuary offers opulence and grandeur the moment guests arrive on Singapore soil. Instead of the usual arrival experience through Changi Airport, guests will exit via the JetQuay CIP Terminal. As part of the Quayside signature service, guests are greeted at the arrival gateway and escorted via an electric buggy. A similar departure experience will be offered.

A chauffeur-driven Rolls Royce Phantom will send guests directly to The Valley Wing's private driveway and will remain at the guests' disposal throughout their stay.

The unparalleled level of dedicated service from Head Butler Hussain Khan will impress discerning guests during their stay. Mr. Khan has amassed vast experience over the past five years as a personal butler to members of royalty and prestigious guests who have stayed at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. His calm demeanour and resourcefulness with a personal touch has delighted guests because he goes all out to ensure that their stay is enjoyable.

Mr. Khan's dedication and passion for being an excellent butler has also earned him recognition as a member of the seven-star world-renowned Magnum International Butler programme. He will be on hand throughout The Ultimate Sanctuary experience.

A key feature of The Ultimate Sanctuary is the opportunity for guests to name an orchid. Prior to arrival, guests will be invited to select preferred orchid specimens and preferred names to personalise their favourite orchid. The approved name will be registered with the Royal Horticultural Society in London. When the guests arrive, an orchid-naming ceremony will be held within Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore's famed gardens to officiate the milestone.

Aside from the 24-hour personal butler service, this suite experience offers personalised menu planning from Executive Sous Chef Ryan Dadufalza and a personal wellness consultation with Director of CHI, The Spa, Ms. Catherine Lazarou. With their expert input, all meal and wellness programmes within the hotel can be tailor-made to individual preferences.

For retail therapy, the hotel will engage one of Singapore's numerous personal shoppers to customise the perfect shopping expedition according to the guest's lifestyle and fashion sense.

In addition, guests are entitled to additional Valley Wing privileges, such as unlimited servings of complimentary champagne, wines and cocktails from Champagne Bar throughout the day.

The "Ultimate Sanctuary" package is priced at S$35,000 for a two-night stay. Bookings can be made through the Central Reservations Office at (65) 6235 1666 or by e-mailing reservations.sls@shangri-la.com.
