Royal Jordanian Launches New Economy Class Fares from Australia to 17 Destinations in the Middle East & 18 Destinations in Europe

Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ) has launched new Economy Class fares from five Australian cities to 17 key destinations in the Middle East and 18 destinations in Europe.

The airline, a member of the oneworld global airline alliance, flies to its hub in Amman, Jordan, from Asia, with connections from Australia on a range of partner carriers.

The new sale fares offer travel from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, flying with oneworld partner airlines Qantas, Malaysia Airlines or Cathay Pacific via Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Hong Kong, from where passengers can join Royal Jordanian.

To the Middle East, prices including taxes, start at just AUD $1,495* in Economy Class from Sydney to Tel Aviv, for low season departures between 1January – 15August14 and 1September-30November14.

Fares are also available to home hub of Amman, Beirut, Cairo, Alexandria, Sharm el-Sheikh, Kuwait, Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha, Sana’a, Aden, Khartoum and Medina.

To Europe, prices including taxes, start at just AUD $1,571* in Economy Class from Sydney to Athens, for low season departures between 1March – 30June14 and 16August-31October14.

Fares also are available to Amsterdam, London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Geneva, Zurich, Vienna, Rome, Milan, Moscow, Kiev, Istanbul and Larnaca.

The new fares are available through GDS systems, and attract a 9 per cent commission at point of sale in Australia.

Prices quoted above include taxes, correct at 19 November, 2014 though taxes can changes without notice, based on currency fluctuations, final destination or routing taken.

Royal Jordanian flies to Amman daily from Bangkok, four times weekly from Hong Kong and three times weekly from Kuala Lumpur. Fares are flexible, permitting passengers to stop over in Bangkok, Hong Kong or Kuala Lumpur and again in Amman, where travellers can continue to attractions including the archaeological masterpiece of Petra, the ancient Jordanian city carved into sheer rock face more than 2000 years ago. Petra is one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

The special fares quoted above to the Middle East are available until further notice, while sale fares to Europe are available for sales to 15December 2013. High season prices also are offered. Seats are limited at these prices, and some conditions apply. Taxes and surcharges can change without notice.
