Head chef Matthew Conroy will put you through your spice blending paces, creating authentic Thai dishes like Tom Yung Goong and Red Duck Curry.

The hands-on four-hour classes will leave you feeling every bit the master chef and, with a maximum of eight people in each class, there’s no fighting over utensils.

Bespoke cooking classes for 10-15 people are also available for larger groups, corporate events and parties.

Witches Falls Opens Tamborine Mountain to All

Witches Falls Cottages boutique B&B on Tamborine Mountain has removed barriers for carers and patients, adding two new ‘all abilities’ cottages to their property.

The duplex-style accommodation fills a gap in the market for guests to bring elderly parents, or friends or relatives with special needs, to the mountain for a stress-free getaway.

The cottages feature a kitchen hatchway for meals to be provided at seating height, a lower BBQ so guests can cook while seated and a more spacious layout allowing for three adults to travel together.
