Your food journey begins by meeting local Kiwi Ka Bakers who have transformed the humble Australian staple – the meat pie – into a range of pies, including vegan, reflecting Sunshine's tastes, at the same time receiving national awards and accolades.
Then meet head cooks from three restaurants as they take you behind-the-scenes, presenting dishes celebrating their family, history and place. Sample North Vietnamese dry pho (a dry version of Vietnamese noodle soup) and salads, followed by a traditional Ethiopian or Indian banquet, all reflecting the communities that have called Sunshine home over the last ten years.
