Offering a European-inspired escape on Australian shores, Sea Raes provides guests with an intimate and luxurious way to experience the Harbour. The 101ft tri-deck vessel accommodates up to 30 guests for events and day charters, and eight for overnight stays.
“Sea Raes brings everything you’d expect of the Raes Dining Room to Sydney Harbour - allowing our Sydney guests to enjoy the Raes experience a little closer to home,” says Marty McCaig, general manager of Raes. “Designed for celebration, it’s a private dining room on the water - perfect for any occasion, from intimate seated lunches to sunset cocktails and canapés for larger gatherings.”
Guests can enjoy tailored menus by Raes executive chef Jason Saxby, showcasing the finest seasonal and local produce. Highlights from the summer menu include oysters with native finger lime dressing; Queensland scallops with XO pangrattato; and zucchini flowers with spanner crab, lemon myrtle salt, and lemon aioli for canapé-style service. For a seated lunch, guests can enjoy dishes such as whole snapper baked in salt, seaweed and lemon myrtle; bistecca Fiorentina with green chilli salsa verde; or tagliolini with spanner crab, shellfish XO, tomato, pangrattato and chilli.
