Tourism is an industry, of course, first of all, it brings profit, contributing greatly to the economy of Thua Thien Hue province. Along with that, it also promotes natural and cultural heritages, the heritage left by our ancestors. This is also a way to promote a beautiful, friendly, knowledgeable and potential land to the whole country and the world.

Tourism, in addition to admiring natural landscapes and animals, is also about feeling the heritage and cultural identity of the homeland. Doing well in tourism also contributes greatly to preserving and promoting the values of heritage, culture, vegetation, and nature reserves, helping to balance the ecosystem. That is also an important goal of humanity for the green planet. Each tourist destination often carries the cultural nuances of that land. Like on the Nine Dynastic Urns in the Hue Imperial City, converging the quintessence of the whole country. On it, there is also the parasol flower, which is even rarer when the flowers still bloom purple in the Imperial City and in the suburbs with parasol trees that can be called ancient trees.

The value of the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of the homeland always needs to be promoted to many ages, especially the educational value for students. For example, the President Ho Chi Minh Relic System in Thua Thien Hue, this is a special national historical relic; a close, meaningful space associated with a part of President Ho Chi Minh's life since he followed his family to Hue for the first time in 1895. The time he stayed in Hue was only about 10 years but he left a strong impression, blending into the space of the people of Hue; is the image of him in the National School, where he studied and met patriotic intellectuals later; is the Memorial House of his childhood in Duong No village, where his mother's lullaby still echoes.

Hue, with its great tourism potential, has been promoting the cultural values of the land. I always remember the Phan Boi Chau Temple in Truong An Ward, with its gentle and elegant houses. I remember the statue of Phan Boi Chau, which has been moved to the side of Truong Tien Bridge for passersby to easily admire. Even in remote and difficult-to-reach places like Pham Quynh's tomb with the saying engraved on the stele: "The Tale of Kieu remains, our language remains; our language remains, our country remains", many people visit and reflect on it every Lantern Festival. When visiting mausoleums, temples, and citadels, we not only know about a spiritual architectural work, recalling a historical period, but also understand more about the thoughts and personality of its owner. The Khiem Cung Ky stele in Tu Duc's tomb is a highly artistic sculpture, a particularly valuable text with the largest number of Chinese characters carved on stone; it is the only stele that preserves the handwriting of King Tu Duc himself. Above all, the word "Khiem" shines brightly, self-examining the author's mistakes and shortcomings before history, also showing the mind and heart of the king left for future generations. Traveling is learning, is acquiring energy for intelligence and creativity.

Even the famous addresses of the past that no longer exist still attract the curiosity of people to experience and recall the old history. That is "Dong Ba Market brought out to the wild"; "Gia Lac session" during the Nguyen Dynasty held on the first three days of spring, where the talented and beautiful people and the common people had fun and shopped; a pagoda founded by a queen or a palace porch in Kim Long that still bears the imprint of its heels. Sometimes we want to go to the street named after the ancient princess who "borrowed the color of rouge to repay the debt of O-Ly" to immerse ourselves in the fragrance of a pure heart; to remember Huyen Tran - a loyal goddess who left, a radiant nun when she returned; the colors blending for the relationship between the people and politics.

In early May, Phu Loc district celebrated the 15th anniversary of “Lang Co - World's Beautiful Bay” (2009 - 2024). This milestone reminded me of a photo on a magazine cover, taken using a fairly new pano method at that time; the sun rising behind the mountain range, fan-shaped waves, winding Lang Co urban area, pink, red, white, and dark blue colors creating a captivating visual effect. I remembered the poem about Bach Ma in the mist, the quiet Zen monastery, the sunny golden apricot sea, the mountain passes, the railway tracks dyed with clouds as if bending the sky, drifting endlessly in nostalgia. Standing on a mountainside, we will see the image of Mother Au Co in the installation work Legend of Lang Co by artist Dinh Khac Thinh with giant eggs on the beach. The dream has appeared in the sun, in the mist, drifting in every musical note. Next, the good news with "The reliefs on nine bronze peaks in the Hue Imperial Palace" was inscribed by UNESCO in the Memory of the World List. Images of the Nine Dynastic Urns also appeared on the covers of newspapers and magazines. This is also in line with the desire to preserve and promote the cultural identity and heritage of Hue more in the goal of making Thua Thien Hue a centrally-governed city by 2025.

I have been in Hue for decades, traveling all over the region, each year, each season is different with its charming beauty, as if I were a distant visitor coming here for a tour. Sometimes I stand before the vestiges of Champa culture on a sandy beach and listen to someone reciting the Nam Binh tune, missing a love that has passed away. I come to Hue to reminisce about the Perfume River, with the pine-swept Ngu Binh Mountain. Some researchers have considered Ngu Binh as the screen of Hue Citadel. From here, Hue's tourist, spiritual and heritage sites have been turned into special tourism products by traditional crafts, giving visitors small, delicate gifts to remember their trip forever. The word Hue is a beautiful word that attracts people to come and feel, to see the harmony between culture, heritage and nature, to create more works of art and continue the journey of spreading Hue's nuances everywhere.
