OPEN MARRICKVILLE FESTIVAL - 10 days 57 cultures

The Sydney suburb of Marrickville will be the centrepiece of the Inner West’s many cultural and artistic traditions this month, celebrating 57 cultures over 10 days for the annual Open Marrickville Festival.

Featuring great food, art, children’s activities, talks, live music and a Peruvian-themed opening night, the Festival will spark curiosity through a series of unique events across the Inner West Council area.

Go to www.marrickville.nsw.gov.au/openmarrickville to download the program.

Open Marrickville will run from 17-26 June.

Discover the talents and creativity of local communities. Share ideas, hospitality, understandings and the humanity connecting us all.

Over ten days of celebrations and events, great food, art, children's activities, talks tours and more, there's something for everyone at Open Marrickville.

These activities are organised by local community groups, schools and community organisations, with support from Council through a grants program. Open Marrickville takes place annually in June in a variety of locations across the Marrickville Council area.
