SKATEBOARDING’S BEST TAKE ON BOWL-A-RAMA BONDI

The world’s leading professional skateboarders, including the legendary Tony Hawk and World PRO Champion Pedro Barros, are in Sydney this week for the annual BOWL-A-RAMA Bondi festival. This year BOWL-A-RAMA welcomes the return of Tony Hawk who joins an impressive roll call of the world’s best skateboarders in Sydney for the event including World Masters Champion Pat Ngoho, rising star Alex Sorgente and skateboarding trailblazers Steve Caballero and Kevin Staab.

Now in its 11th year, the event showcases the best of Australian and international skateboarding and continues to attract competitors from across the globe.

BOWL-A-RAMA was born at Bondi Beach in 2005, and has grown to be one of the world’s most prestigious skate events.

Over the next few days, Bondi Beach will be transformed into a skateboarding precinct that will not only host thrilling bowlriding action, but will also celebrate art, music and skateboard culture.
