SOVEREIGN HILL LAUNCHES NEW EXPERIENCE FOR SPRING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

Sovereign Hill
Sovereign Hill is embracing the spirit of spring unveiling a brand-new experience, alongside classic favourites, during the school holidays, 21 September – 6 October.

The brand-new Makers Series invites budding creatives to design and craft their own leather keyring in interactive sessions turning raw materials into cherished keepsakes.

Developed by Sovereign Hill’s team of expert leathermakers, the Makers Series highlights the museum’s unique role in preserving and promoting heritage trades and traditional craftsmanship while nurturing the next generation of artisans.

“We’re excited to offer visitors a renewed sense of adventure with the Makers Series this spring. It’s the perfect time to rediscover the excitement of Sovereign Hill and create new memories with family and friends,’’ says Sara Quon.

‘‘Whether you’re seeking out new cultural experiences or a fun getaway for the family, Sovereign Hill has something for everyone this spring.’’
