MUSIC AND MARKETS IN NEWCASTLE

The Waratah Girls’ Choir Music and Markets will allow the Choir to raise funds to give girls and young women the opportunity of a once in a life time experience to sing at Carnegie Hall, New York. Trips of this magnitude come at a cost and not every family is able to afford such a life-changing experience for their child. The Choir works to give every member financial help to achieve this dream.

At the Music and Markets event you can hear the beautiful voices of the Junior Choir and the award winning performances of the Senior Choir (3.30pm and 6pm). Other highlights include performances by local musicians, a huge variety of arts and crafts, face painting, hair braiding, food stalls, a MASSIVE thrift shop of quality preloved clothes, bric-a-brac, hundreds of books and so MUCH MORE!!
