Little Collins St Kitchen partners with Coombe Yarra Valley to celebrate former Australian Opera singer, Dame Nellie Melba.
For one day only, guests are invited to experience a three-course lunch created by Little Collins St Kitchen's head chef Gil Zamudio featuring the famous Peach Melba dessert, which was named after Dame Nellie Melba herself. The lunch is accompanied by curated wines from Coombe Yarra Valley while guests are entertained by a live Opera-singer performance.
“Sheraton Melbourne is very excited to collaborate with Coombe Yarra Valley, bringing regional Victoria to the city. We are delighted to be able to share the story of Dame Nellie Melba and the Coombe Yarra Valley estate which was once her residence”, says Peter Minatsis, General Manager Sheraton Melbourne Hotel.
