Who is over the rain? The Highlands has never looked so green and beautiful, we really needed a watering! In true Murphy's Law style, we installed a new irrigation system on the golf course late Novewmber and as you can imagine, we haven't had to use it! Recent changes to golf play have allowed the introduction golf learning facilities including adriving range and extended practice facilities, further enhancing the golfing experience at the Hotel.

With one more month of Summer, there is still time to enjoy our annual Summer Haus Sale here at Gibraltar. From$179 per night you can stay at Gibraltar and enjoy our wonderful beds, delicious breakfast overlooking the golf course, free movies and wifi plus two for one entry to local attractions. February will see the opening of our restaurant San Fior. New executive chef Ben Bamford and our new Food and Beverage Director Shelwyn Reid have over the last 6 months built a fine team of chefs to deliver a great dining experience at Gibraltar including our epicure menu, high teas and great seasonal a la carte menu. San Fior is the birthplace of Guido Uliana the family Patriarch. Like most northern Italians he taught his family the importance of good food and the family tradition has continued for nearly 50 years. View our new menu.

Harvey’s Bar continues with great music, comfortable chairs, fire places and our delicious casual dining menu. We have shaken things up a little on Saturday nights, with live music from 7pm followed by a DJ from 10pm. After Dark is fun and fresh with cocktails and dancing.
