Explore Australia With BIG4's New International Park Pass

BIG4 Holiday Parks
Discovering Australia's top travel destinations and touring routes is now easier thanks to the introduction of the BIG4 International Park Pass. Developed by Australia's leading holiday park provider, BIG4 Holiday Parks, the new Pass gives international visitors easy, flexible access to BIG4's vast holiday park network.

The International Park Pass provides seven nights access to a powered site at any of BIG4's 180 world class holiday parks. With parks located widely throughout Australia, visitors will be spoilt for choice when looking for a safe and secure environment for either a single or multiple night stay.

Available through Australia's leading campervan rental companies Apollo, Britz and Maui, the new pass is designed to be purchased as an add-on to campervan hire. The seven night pass retails for AUD $350.

According to Kari Hunter, BIG4's General Manager of Marketing, Strategy & Sales, the International Park Pass is an industry first which has been developed to give visitors hiring campervans a flexible and easy way to experience the very best Australia has to offer.

“Whether visitors want to discover Australia's biggest cities, our famous outback, stunning coastlines or vibrant regional centres, this flexible pass gives travellers access to the entire BIG4 network.”

“With parks located along Australia's most iconic touring routes, including the stunning Great Ocean Road, the East Coast Touring Route from Sydney to Cairns and along the Explorer's Way through the Australian outback, visitors won't need to look far to find a BIG4 property,” said Ms Hunter.

Founded in 1979, BIG4 Holiday Parks is an industry leader with 180 holiday parks across Australia. The franchise group provides a range of accommodation options from powered ensuite sites for caravan and campervans to luxury self contained accommodation.

BIG4 Holiday Parks are a world away from the basic accommodation and simplistic amenity blocks from past eras. At each BIG4 location guests will find helpful and friendly staff along with high-quality services and facilities. Each park also boasts a range of additional features such as jumping pillows, water play parks and indoor play centres. Select locations are also home to luxury day spas

Travellers must purchase the International Park Pass through their travel agent or directly through Apollo, Britz or Maui before arriving in Australia. The pass is then activated when they pick up their campervan. The pass is valid for 12 months and accommodates up to four adults per pass.

The Pass is available all year round with the exception of a three week black out period over Christmas (beginning 26 December) and over the Easter weekend. Bookings are based on availability at each individual Holiday Park. Site bookings can be made either directly through individual properties or on the BIG4 website.
