New Watsons Bay to City Peak Hour Ferry

Captain Cook Cruises
Captain Cook Cruises has launched a new commuter ferry service from Watsons Bay direct to Circular Quay. The service commenced on March 23, 2015 and considerably cuts down travel time for those commuting to and from the city.

“The direct route only takes 20 minutes and provides Watsons Bay locals with a fast and efficient option to travel into the city and home each day”. According to Anthony Haworth, General Manager of Captain Cook Cruises.

“The Watsons Bay community has been crying out for this service for years. The NSW government is very keen to see commercial operators establishing new services, and so we saw this as an opportunity to try to develop a Watsons Bay to Circular Quay commuter route.”

“The daily commute for locals to the city can often take up to one hour. The new ferry service gives families back that hour.” Says Mr Haworth.

The ferry service operates in peak traveling times offering nine departures from Watsons Bay each weekday.

A return adult fare is $14. Generous discounts will be available for advanced purchase tickets. Register your interest now and timetable updates at www.captaincook.com.au/captains-crew.
