Known for its signature charcoal chicken and modern Middle Eastern-inspired dishes, Henrietta Bondi promises a relaxed, flavour-packed experience perfectly suited to the sun-soaked beachside lifestyle.

Fresh, Vibrant, and Fire-Led

At the helm of the kitchen is executive chef Ibrahim Kasif, who has designed a menu that marries Lebanese classics with Australian sensibilities. From their renowned charcoal chicken to vibrant salads and halloumi dishes, each plate is crafted to showcase the smoky depth of the fire-led cooking. Standout dishes include eggplant fatteh with tahini yoghurt, kibbeh nayyeh with fresh herbs, and a mixed shish plate with chicken, kofta, and lamb skewers. Diners can also enjoy a $49 banquet featuring Henrietta favourites for the perfect group experience.

Complementing the menu is a thoughtfully curated beverage list featuring wine, beer, and signature cocktails. Highlights include a sumac-spiced “Lager of Love,” a spicy passionfruit margarita, sour cherry negroni, and a lychee cosmo, ensuring that every meal is paired with the perfect drink.

With seating for 70 guests, the venue balances warmth and polish, offering a welcoming environment for both intimate meals and lively gatherings.
