Building on the loyal following of its Surry Hills and Parramatta restaurants, the Bondi outpost delivers the same bold flavours the brand is known for, while introducing lighter, health-forward options designed for sun-soaked days and easygoing evenings.
A Natural Fit for Bondi’s Lifestyle
The arrival of Henrietta in Bondi has long felt inevitable. According to ESCA Group co-founder and creative director Ibrahim Moubadder, the brand was simply waiting for the right location. The menu has been shaped to reflect Bondi’s casual, active lifestyle, offering generous yet fresh dishes that suit everything from post-swim lunches to relaxed dinners with friends. The result is a dining experience that feels effortless, social and distinctly local, while staying true to Henrietta’s Middle Eastern roots.
Fire-Led Cooking with a Fresh Perspective
Designed by executive chef Ibrahim Kasif, the Henrietta Bondi menu centres on Lebanese classics reimagined through a modern Australian lens. At its heart is the brand’s signature charcoal chicken, elevated by a new 24-hour marinade and refined charcoal techniques that highlight the depth and intensity of flavour created by fire. The menu balances richness with freshness, with vibrant salads and lighter plates designed to complement the smoky, charcoal-driven dishes. Guests can dine in, order takeaway or enjoy delivery, making Henrietta Bondi as versatile as it is flavour-focused.
