Rosewood Phnom Penh
A Four-Day Culinary Journey in the Heart of Phnom Penh

Rosewood Phnom Penh proudly presents the second edition of Taste of Cambodia, an extraordinary four-day culinary festival taking place from September 11–14, 2025. Following the resounding success of its debut last year, this highly anticipated event will once again showcase Cambodia’s evolving food and beverage scene through world-class dining, global collaborations, and immersive cultural experiences.

Guests can look forward to an unforgettable program spanning the hotel’s restaurants and bars, where renowned chefs, master mixologists, and local artisans will come together to celebrate Cambodia’s rich culinary identity.

A Celebration of Cambodia’s Cocktail Culture

Taste of Cambodia 2025 opens on September 11 with the relaunch of the Nikka Whiskey bar at The Whisky Library, featuring guest master mixologist Takuya Matsumoto from Cranes & Tales Bar in Osaka, Japan. Guests can indulge in specialty cocktails for just USD12 while experiencing Japanese precision and creativity in mixology.

On September 12–13, Sora, the rooftop bar and Cambodia’s first entry on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list, will host seven of the country’s top bars including Infusion Bar, Bar 43, FCC, Apsara Resort Bar, The Wave, Arjuna, and Papa Wong. Each bar will present unique creations for only USD7, spotlighting the growing cocktail scene across Cambodia.

Afternoon Tea Meets Artisan Design

A new highlight for 2025 is the collaboration between Rosewood Phnom Penh and Il Nodo Cambodia. Guests can enjoy a Khmer-inspired afternoon tea at The Living Room, featuring traditional desserts like Num Angsom Chek and Khmer Layer Cake, while browsing jewelry collections influenced by the Mekong River’s beauty. Afternoon tea is priced at USD56 for two guests.
