Mr. Kadoi Ruluked is the Managing Director of the Palau Visitors Authority. Before being appointed Director in June 2020, Kadoi began his career at PVA as a Marketing Representative in 2005. As travel resumes, the award ceremony will be back in-person after a three-year hiatus. All award recipients will be honoured at PATA Gold Awards Presentation, as a part of PATA Travel Mart in New Delhi, hosted by Macao Government Tourism Office on October 5, 2023. They will also be on display at the Mart for all delegates to enjoy.
