Ha Noi Food Festival 2018 to come in October

Aiming to honor and introduce Ha Noi cuisine culture to local and foreign visitors, from 5-7 October 2018, Ha Noi People’s Committee will organize Ha Noi Food Festival 2018 at Thong Nhat Park, Ha Noi City.

In the festival, many kinds of traditional and typical food of Ha Noi will be introduced such as pho (rice noodles), com (green rice), nem (spring roll), banh cuon (roll rice pancakes)…

The exhibition area will introduce the photos of Ha Noi in history and now. In major stage, visitors will be able to exchange with artisans and researchers on Ha Noi cuisine, as well as join in traditional arts and folk games.

Visitors will also have a chance to taste Ha Noi cuisine in the festival.

The opening ceremony will take place at 7 pm on 5 October 2018.
