Many art organizations will participate in the festival, such as Vietnam Puppetry Theatre, Phuong Nam Art Theatre, Ho Chi Minh City Opera House, Kite Theatre, Hai Phong Puppetry Theatre, and the Soul Music & Performing Arts Academy. Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Vuong Duy Bien will be the art director and general director of the program.
During the festival, Nguyen Hue street will feature one main stage and five small stages. The program will be a combination of different types of puppetry to serve local people and tourists.
Besides the main activities, the street parade with the puppet, circus, drums, music bands… will bring a lot of interesting experiences to the audience.
