A Starline Tours expansion of a Hollywood Walk of Fame route to Warner Bros. Studios is providing a seamless transportation and tour experience for visitors in Hollywood. Now visitors at the Walk of Fame's Chinese Theatre will have direct transportation to Warner Bros. and a guided tour of the production facilities.
Experienced, engaging and knowledgeable tour leaders provide insights into the world of Hollywood film and television production on the Warner Bros. Studio Tour. Home to scenes and sets from Mike & Molly, Shameless, Gilmore Girls, Pretty Little Liars, and the sound stages of popular shows including The Ellen Sow, Conan, 2 Broke Girls, and The Big Bang Theory, Warner Bros. also has a recreated “Central Perk Cafe” Friends set which allows a photo opportunity on the show's famous couch. Interactive exhibits also include The Harry Potter Exhibit and the newly opened, DC Universe: The Exhibit. Small groups of 12 preserve the VIP experience.
After the tour, visitors may return to the Hollywood area via the newly added Blue Route Shuttle, which departs from the doorstep of the Warner Bros. Studio Tour. Or, choose the 2–hour Hop-On Hop-Off CitySightseeing Red Route loop to explore Hollywood, and transfer to three other loops to discover downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Marina Del Rey. Tickets are valid for 24, 48, or 72 hours depending on your interest and available from a new guest services kiosk at the Warner Bros. Studio, Hop-On Hop Off bus stop.
The Warner Bros. Studio tour and shuttle from the Walk of Fame is $109 adult, $99 youth 3-11, and a 24-hour Hop-On Hop-Off ticket is $49 adult, $30 youth 3-11. Add in the savings of car rental and parking in Los Angeles, and these tickets are the most economical way to see the Los Angeles area.
Connecting visitors to iconic locations and celebrity experiences is the cornerstone of Starline Tours. “Starline researches the most interesting and sought after attractions and destinations within the area for visitors, and then provides direct access transportation and often times a bundled ticket,” says Kami Farhadi, CEO of Starline Tours. “We connect LA visitors with experiences to make sure they see and do what they've heard and read about. Our attraction partners are delighted that we offer this seamless experience.”
“We have always had a great relationship with Warner Bros., but now, with a permanent stop and on-site guest service agent there to answer questions, provide directions and accommodate guests for touring beyond the Warner Bros. Studio Tour gates, this is an unbeatable arrangement for both companies, not to mention ultra-service for visitors” said Carlos Villar, Senior Marketing Manager for Starline Tours.
Another convenient stop for a major new attraction along the Hop-On Hop-Off Purple Downtown Los Angeles route is to the tallest open-air observation deck in California. The OUE Skyspace opened last month for a view 1,000 feet above Los Angeles at the U.S. Bank Tower's 69th and 70th floors. Passengers on the Hop-On Hop-Off Double Decker bus first experience the architecture, sights, enticing ethnic neighborhood cuisine smells, attractions and iconic movie locations from their breezy perch, then see LA in a unique 360-degree city view. Several stops on the Purple route are within an easy walk of Skyspace. (General admission tickets $19, VIP experience $30.)
Visitors may book Hop-On Hop-Off tickets online in advance, or purchase from the driver at any stop. www.starlinetours.com.
