The art and culture festival forms part of the program planned in celebration of the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Viet Nam and the Federation of Russia.
In the framework of the Festival, leaders from the Russian Ministry of Culture will pay several working visits to Viet Nam and a number of art performances and exchange programs with artists will also be held.
The event is co-organised by Viet Nam's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Russia's Ministry of Culture.
