 truffle weekend
A private truffle weekend – Unique insight into truffles, the Tamar Valley & Flinders Island food and drink producers.

Teaming up three of their enduring passions: truffles, culinary travel and Tasmania, truffle grower and Director of Melbourne's truffle festival, Truffle Melbourne, Nigel Wood and epicurean and former Vue de monde events co-ordinator Leisa Latham are hosting a behind the scenes private aircraft weekend visit to the Tamar Valley and Flinders Island in August 2015.

“Managed with skill, this exceptional ingredient brings out the best in matched food and drink partners. It's through working with talented producers that extraordinary tastes are brought to the table. That's what this weekend is about – gathering insights from those who are dedicated to producing the best in their field and sharing that knowledge with those who appreciate it,” adds Latham.
