“Our focus is on providing exceptional guest service and bringing together innovative artisan producers with those who appreciate these things, and of course showcasing the wonderful food and drink partnerships which truffle offers,” says Wood.
“Managed with skill, this exceptional ingredient brings out the best in matched food and drink partners. It's through working with talented producers that extraordinary tastes are brought to the table. That's what this weekend is about – gathering insights from those who are dedicated to producing the best in their field and sharing that knowledge with those who appreciate it,” adds Latham.
