Los Angeles Parks Foundation partners with iconic LA Equestrian Center (Griffith Park)

Los Angeles Equestrian Center
I want to share the exciting news that Los Angeles Parks Foundation (www.laparksfoundation.org) is now the fiscal non-profit partner to Los Angeles Equestrian Center as part of their “Friends of the Park Initiative,” helping them raise funds with the goal of sustaining the 40+ year old cherished site and vibrant community hub for future generations. A beautiful piece of LA history, with the beauty of the horses and many associated events, the Equestrian Center benefits from having a non-profit partner who brings added reach and awareness while allowing donors to give with a tax benefit of a non-profit organization. I’ve summarized more below and let me know if you can cover.

Led by CEO and Executive Director Tony Budrovich, LA Parks Foundation is dedicated to nurturing California native trees and plants, and raising funds to ensure City Parks thrive for the communities of Los Angeles. Tony’s visit to the LA Equestrian Center left him enchanted by the hidden gem, a lush 75-acre garden oasis nestled on the edge of Griffith Park in the local Rancho Community, which is home to 500 horses and 300,000 visitors each year.

This partnership creates a natural synergy with LAPF’s commitment to supporting parks, which help integrate physical activity and wellness into urban life and make parks accessible to all. LA Parks Foundation’s goal is to engage the community to raise funds to enhance the property, implementing repairs, and building on its plethora of existing programs. ASM Global provides full-time onsite management of the Los Angeles Equestrian Center, beginning an exciting new era for the facility.

Known for delivering truly memorable equestrian experiences to locals and visitors alike— including the recent rise in Rodeo-themed parties inspired Beyoncé’s latest country album (!) - there’s no better time to be supporting this iconic LA destination: https://thelaec.com/donate
