Les Castels campsites around historic castles & manor houses

Les Castels runs 16 campsites around historic castles and manor houses and where the parkland, woods, fields and meadows, lakes and rivers are made available to the visitors.

All sites are labelled Green Key,which is a European environmental management award for tourist accommodation. 

Les Castels has an active environmental approach to sustainable development and is committed to aesthetic accommodation blending into the landscape. 

No more than 50 families are accommodated per hectare, 20% of the site is devoted to green spaces and must be using clean energy and products that respect the environment. 

Green initiatives range from reuse of camping equipment to composting area provision and intelligent mowing of fields to promote biodiversity.
