Whistler Blackcomb, BC

Whistler Blackcomb is considered North America’s premier four-season mountain resort, and for good reason. Located a short, scenic, 125-kilometre drive from Vancouver, British Columbia, it offers exceptional hospitality, a growing cultural scene, unbeatable year-round mountain adventure, and some of the world’s most breathtaking scenery. Read on for what’s new in the resort for the 2021/22 season.
Whistler Blackcomb will not have a mountain reservation system this season and will load lifts and gondolas at normal capacity, optimising guest movement around the resort.

Pro tip: Book a guide and share the cost with up to six of your friends and family. For a luxury experience, use the Whistler Blackcomb Snow School Concierge service for private lesson clientele, who help arrange lessons and reservations at various restaurants, as well as activities outside of snow school.

Learn to ski or snowboard with an Olympian program, where authentic Olympians share tales of their glory, what it took to get them the upper echelon of the sport and why they’ve made Whistler Blackcomb their permanent home. This exclusive lesson can be done with a group or as a private lesson.

Extremely Canadian’s Steep Skiing Clinics are about improving and refining your off-piste technique. They’re also about finding the wickedest terrain and best snow: chutes, bowls, couloirs, trees and steeps will all become second nature to participants. With guides hand-picked from the pantheon of Whistler ski luminaries: film stars, ex-national team members, and free-ski heroes, you can’t go wrong. Click HERE for health and safety updates.
