While the world takes a pause, Queensland invites people from around the globe to wake up and wind down in nature through a series of Facebook livestreams.
Launching on the Visit Queensland Facebook page this Saturday, 2 May and running until 12 May, the livestreams will transport viewers to spectacular sunrises and sunsets from across the state to showcase how nature is continuing to thrive in Queensland.
Viewers can wake up with the wallabies and kangaroos at Cape Hillsborough, witness the first light bouncing off the golden shores on the Gold Coast, or prepare dinner together with celebrity chef Matt Sinclair, before watching the last rays disappear behind the Whitsunday Islands.
Join the livestreams via the Visit Queensland Facebook page and stay connected through the Facebook event listing for timings and updates.
