Queensland's multi award winning tour operator – The Discovery Group, has announced a new and exciting partnership with one of the industry's most respected and professional tour operators - G Adventures.

“This is an incredibly important partnership which will deliver a significant increase in international visitation, spend and exposure to Noosa and the Sunshine Coast region” Managing Director Wade Batty said.

“The partnership will include showcasing World Heritage listed Fraser Island from Noosa, and will also provide an overnight camping experience in what we think is Australia's best kept secret - The Noosa Everglades”.

“The benchmark philosophy for G Adventures is to highlight and deliver unique experiences for their customers. This coupled with our product delivery will further elevate the Noosa Everglades international profile” Mr Batty said.

Tourism Noosa CEO Damien Massingham said this was great news for Noosa's international profile in key inbound markets.

This new product opportunity will introduce Noosa to new markets and generate additional economic benefit for our region.”

The Discovery Group (TDG) is an experiential touring company specialising in four wheel drive adventures to Fraser Island, as well as river cruises and canoe safaris into the Noosa Everglades. With a focus on providing guests with an exceptional wilderness experience that fosters a greater understanding of the region and its natural significance.
