The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) has officially unveiled the theme and location for its highly anticipated 2025 Welcome Event—and it’s set to be a spectacular Italian-inspired celebration.

On Monday, 10 February 2025, over 2,000 attendees will be transported to the sun-soaked shores of Italy’s Amalfi Coast at Il Mercato Centrale Melbourne, where the venue will be transformed into the AIMalfi FESTA.

A Taste of Italy in the Heart of Melbourne

Il Mercato Centrale, a world-renowned artisanal Italian food market with locations in Florence, Rome, Turin, and Milan, is bringing its first international outpost to Melbourne—and it will serve as the exclusive host venue for this vibrant Welcome Event.

With a blue, white, and yellow dress code to reflect the coastal charm of the Amalfi Coast, guests will indulge in:

• Authentic Italian flavors from live, interactive food stations.
• Premium beverages inspired by Italy’s famous wine regions.
• World-class entertainment featuring surprise performances.
